İdil Kaya graduated from Özyeğin University, Faculty of Law in 2021. İdil focuses on commercial law and corporate law and advises her clients on drafting agreements, corporate governance matters such as board of directors meetings as well as holding ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings. She provides services related to the management processes and documentation of corporate and commercial activities of her clients, offering legal opinions to relevant internal departments and units. She is fluent in English.
