Energy & Infrastructure

We advise our clients on oil and natural gas market activities and taxation of international oil and natural gas projects, drafting and negotiating gas sale and purchase contracts. We have experience in providing advice on legal matters in oil and natural gas pipeline construction projects. We also have experience in advising on electricity market activities and electricity importation and wholesale agreements as well as drafting, negotiating and reviewing turbine supply and installation agreements for wind power plants, operation, maintenance and service agreements, power purchase agreements, also providing legal risk analysis, advising clients throughout the projects on disputes concerning such contracts.
