Nazlı Meltem BALIMTAŞ

Nazlı Meltem Balımtaş graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2019 and completed her master's degree at Marmara University (Private Law). Meltem focuses on corporate law and contracts law and advises her clients especially working in food and beverage sector on drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts such as lease, sub-lease, sales agreements, service agreements, operating and sub-operating agreements. Her responsibilities include also assisting her clients on corporate governance matters such as advice on board of directors meetings and managers’ meetings as well as holding ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings . She is fluent in English.
