Selin Sınar

Selin Sınar graduated from Başkent University, Faculty of Law in 2014. Selin provides legal consultancy services to local and international companies in relation to their corporate and commercial activities including providing legal assistance in corporate law matters and corporate management. She also assists clients in preparing required documents; drafting and negotiating agreements necessary to their operations, as well as managing claims that arise during the performance of these agreements, advising clients with respect to commercial and civil disputes as well as enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, representing clients before courts, advising clients with respect to various employment law matters, representing clients before legal authorities related to their employment-related disputes, assisting clients regarding their compliance processes pursuant to Law on Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation in regard to anti-corruption. She is fluent in English.
